Welcome to Nethralia Jewellers Private Limited (“Nethralia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including access to our website, mobile application, and the purchase of jewellery and digital gold (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1. Eligibility
To use our Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain it.
2. Account Registration
To access some services, you may be required to create an account and provide KYC details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Services Offered
We provide:
- Online purchase of gold jewellery
- Digital gold investment services in partnership with licensed providers like Augmont
- Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) for digital gold
All digital gold-related services are governed by the provider’s terms. Nethralia does not own the digital gold and acts only as a platform to facilitate such transactions.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made through our approved payment gateway or NEFT.
- Convenience fee may apply for payment gateway transactions. This fee is waived for NEFT.
- 3% GST applies on digital gold purchases.
- Prices of gold and jewellery are dynamic and may change without prior notice.
5. KYC Compliance
KYC is required for specific transactions, including high-value digital gold purchases, redemptions, or deliveries. You must provide valid ID (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar). We may deny services if verification fails.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns
Jewellery Orders:
- Cancellable within 24 hours by emailing luxe@nethralia.com with your Order ID.
- No cancellation if the order is already shipped.
- 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Products must be in original condition with packaging and certification.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Customized, engraved, or resized items are non-refundable unless defective.
Digital Gold:
- All purchases are final and non-cancellable.
- Physical delivery is handled by Augmont. Shipping charges apply at the time of delivery request.
- Cooling-off period of 48 hours after purchase before gold can be sold.
7. Shipping Policy
Jewellery:
- Free shipping across India.
- Dispatch in 2–5 business days. Delivery in 7–10 business days.
Digital Gold:
- Physical deliveries handled by insured logistics partners (e.g., Sequel).
- Delivery terms and fees subject to Augmont’s policy.
8. Delivery & Fulfilment
- Jewellery is delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Digital gold deliveries are insured and dispatched by the custodian per their terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, content, logos, and data on our Platform are owned by Nethralia or our partners. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce content without written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or infringe rights of others
- Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Misuse or exploit the Platform for unlawful purposes
11. Third-Party Services
We link to third-party services like payment gateways and vault partners. Nethralia is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays, errors, or service disruptions beyond our control
- Losses due to third-party partners like Augmont or courier services
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nethralia, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of our Platform or breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
